Prusa Core ONE Satin Powder Coated Print Sheet
Prusa CORE One Satin Powder-Coated Spring Steel Sheet – Balanced Adhesion for Versatile 3D Printing
The Satin Powder-Coated Spring Steel Sheet for Prusa CORE One is designed to deliver the ideal balance between smooth and textured build surfaces. Featuring a lightly textured matte finish, it provides reliable adhesion for PLA and PETG while maintaining easy print removal and consistent first layers.
Mounted securely to the MK52 heatbed using high Curie temperature magnets, this flexible spring steel sheet stays firmly in place during printing and can be easily removed for part release. Its satin surface supports a wide range of materials, including ABS, ASA, FlexFill 98A, and Polycarbonate (PC), making it one of the most versatile options for everyday and advanced 3D printing.
Most materials can be printed without a glue stick or separation layer, simplifying your workflow. For frequent Polycarbonate printing, a thin glue layer is recommended to protect the surface and extend the sheet’s lifespan.
