The Aura3D A5 FGF Pellet 3D Printer is a fused granulate fabrication system built for printing large parts from pellet materials. With a 600 x 600 x 600 mm build area, pellet-based material input, and a 10 kg hopper, the printer is suited to high-volume prototyping, functional part production, and material flexibility across standard, reinforced, flexible, and recycled polymers.

Large build capacity for bigger components

A 600 x 600 x 600 mm molding volume gives the Aura3D A5 room for larger single-piece prints. This format is useful when producing full-size prototypes, fixtures, moulds, or low-volume production parts without splitting models into multiple sections.

Pellet-fed FGF printing workflow

This 3D printer uses 1-5 mm pellet feedstock instead of conventional filament. The 10 kg FGF storage hopper supports longer print runs and makes the machine suitable for workflows that benefit from bulk material handling.

Configurable nozzle sizes for detail or throughput

Optional nozzle diameters from 0.4-6 mm allow the print setup to be matched to the application. Smaller nozzles can support finer output, while larger diameters are better suited to faster deposition and larger-format pellet printing.

Heated platform with multi-layer surface construction

The print platform uses Aluminum, Tempered Glass, and PEI, with a working surface temperature of ≤120°C. This combination supports heated-bed printing and provides a practical base for a range of polymer types.

Servo motor drive system

The Aura3D A5 uses a servo motor as the drive motor. Servo-driven systems are commonly selected where controlled motion and stable machine performance are important.
