This fan is used to cool the fins of the heat sink on 24V creality CR-10S printers with the 30 pin daughter board.

This style has Locking JST-PH leads that are latched into terminals on the daughter-board, which are only present on the CR-10S.

You can use it on other printers if you solder the leads to the old fan leads and heat shrink the connections.
