This solved my problem right away. Motherboard failed on a 1-week old CR-6 SE. Likely my fault due to a bad attempt at isolating the VCC on the cable for OctoPrint. I used a Q-tip and some Isopropyl alcohol to pop off the hot melt glue on the board connectors. The new motherboard likely had firmware V1.0.2 however I flashed it along with the screen to make sure versions were consistent. Booted right up. Also, now have a properly prepared USB cable with the VCC wire cut. Fortunately my Octopi is ok however I think I lost a USB port. My CR-6 SE is now 100% and making beautiful prints. Tempted to get another spare motherboard however I will wait for Version 4.5.3 Thanks 3D Printing Canada for having this in stock and getting it to me so quickly.
