Liqcreate Separation Model has measured polymer properties after 30 minutes of high-power LED curing at 60°C. Reported values are 36 MPa flexural strength, 1.8 GPa flexural modulus, 0.56% water sorpution, 1.97 kJ/m? IZOD impact (notched) under ISO 180, 12 J/m IZOD impact (notched) under D256, and Shore D hardness of 74.
The material also recorded a Pass result for separation to ortho acrylic using an internal test method. Post-curing reference conditions are stated as 30 minutes at 60C in the Formlabs FormCure (first generation) curing unit.
