All returns must be in new, unopened, unused and in sellable condition. All returns must include original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. Items missing serial numbers or UPC codes will not be accepted.
Any 3D printers that have been specially ordered, do not qualify for return and/or refund.

Warranty**

(Covers manufacturer-defective electronic components, including power supply, stepper motors, for one year from the delivery date. Consumables, including but not limited to build plates, nozzles, heating components, thermistors, bearings, and movement guides, wiring harnesses, limit switches, and sensors, are not covered.)

RETURNS*
All returns must be in new, unopened, unused and in sellable condition. All returns must include original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. Items missing serial numbers or UPC codes will not be accepted.
All returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund or store credit. Any returns not meeting the return criteria will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. 3D Printing Canada has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the outlined return criteria, or if not in sellable condition.
We will not accept any cancellation or returns of items that have been pre-ordered or specially ordered.
The cost of returning items to 3D Printing Canada is the responsibility of the purchaser.
AFFIRM CANCELLATION FEE
If you paid using Affirm and need to return, exchange or cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will apply, calculated based on the value of the items being returned, exchanged or canceled. This fee will applied from the moment that your order has been processed regardless of the status of fulfillment.
PRICE PROTECTION POLICY ***
At 3D Printing Canada, we offer price adjustments if an item you purchased drops in price within 7 days of your order. However, this policy excludes vendor-initiated promotions, including events like Black Friday or other sales from brands such as Bambu Lab or Creality, where we do not receive credits or compensation.
WARRANTY** & REPAIR

Standard shipping costs and in-house technical service fees apply for all warranty parts that are shipped to the customer or installed by our in-house technicians.
All 3D Printers checked into 3D Printing Canada’s Technical Services department are subject to a $49.99 + taxes Inspection and Reporting fee.
In-house technical service fees are $125/hour + taxes (billed in 30-minute increments).
Parts covered under warranty and approved by the manufacturer will be provided at no cost.
If the manufacturer does not approve the warranty, costs for parts, shipping fees and in-house technical service fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee our technical services repairs for 14 days after pick-up.
