Looks like the bearings failed fairly quickly - any vertically placed fan started this terrible whining noise until I hit the frame of my printer with a hammer, the quick jerk allowing them to fall back into alignment.
Ended up replacing both units with other fans.
Very loud, but effective. Can tell they move more air for my BIQU B1 than the stock fans, but this comes at the cost of the fans being the loudest things in the room. I barely hear the printer's belt hum over these fans.
Used this fan as the control board fan on the Ender 3 Pro. Fit with no issues and the ball bearing fan is much more reliable and a little quieter than stock. The original fan only lasted two months.
