Shipping Within the United States
We ship to all 50 states from Buffalo, NY, using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, the items in your order, and the services available for your destination. You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We make every effort to use your selected carrier, but we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent service when operationally necessary.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise communicated.
Free Shipping
Eligible orders of $150 or more ship free.
Not sure if your order qualifies? Add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. Free shipping is applied automatically when your order qualifies. If your cart contains both eligible and non-eligible items, shipping charges are calculated on the non-eligible items.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees that apply to their order. These charges are not included in the price or shipping cost and, where applicable, are collected by the carrier at delivery.
PO Boxes
Orders shipping to a PO Box can only be delivered by USPS. Some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Requests
You can add special shipping instructions in the Order Notes at checkout, including preferred or excluded carriers. We’ll do our best to accommodate these requests, but they can’t be guaranteed.
Signature Requirements
To help protect high-value purchases, we reserve the right to require a signature on delivery or to have a shipment held for pickup at a carrier location.
Using Your Own Shipping Account
On request, shipping charges can be billed to your own carrier account. When you use your own account, we are not responsible for rates, billing disputes, transit times, delays, lost or damaged shipments, insurance, or claims with the carrier.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 3D Printing USA is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, labor disruptions, carrier delays, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Additional charges or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, any additional shipping or return charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships. Some shipping services may not include detailed tracking.
Order Verification
For your security, some orders may be held for verification before shipping. We may contact you to confirm your billing details or request additional information. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at contact@3dprintingusa.com or (716) 371-3022. Claims are subject to the carrier’s standard liability.
Inventory Discrepancies
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you to discuss options, including waiting, substituting, a split shipment, or a refund. Where practical, orders may be split into multiple shipments.
Shipping Promotions & Exclusions
- Free shipping applies to eligible orders of $150 or more and appears automatically at checkout.
- Excluded products: 3D printers, laser engravers, filament dryers, washing & curing stations, hazardous materials, and special-order products.
- Excluded destinations: purchase orders, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping for these is calculated separately.
International Orders
This store ships to US addresses only. Customers in Canada can shop at 3dprintingcanada.com.
