Return policy

Our return policy is as follows: For printers, scanners, laser engravers, motherboards, and LCD screens, you can get a full refund within 14 days if the items are new, unopened, and complete. No returns are accepted after 14 days for these items. For parts and accessories, returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days, store credit from 15 to 45 days, and no returns after 45 days. For filaments and resins, returns qualify for a full refund within 14 days, store credit from 15 to 30 days, and no returns after 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply if the return criteria are not met. Pre-ordered or specially ordered items are not eligible for returns. Repair services are available as well.
