Refund & Returns Policy

✅ Unopened & Unused Items (14-Day Return Window)
- Most new, unopened, and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in original condition, including original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items
- Sale / discounted items
- Special order items
- Opened filament & resin
- Used printers, parts, or consumables
🚚 Return Shipping (Unopened Items)
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable carrier. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
🔄 Exchanges
- Eligible returns may be exchanged for the same product, store credit, or a product of equal value.
- If a replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
❗ Opened Items & Used Products
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund, unless confirmed defective.
- This includes opened filament & resin, used printers, and installed or tested electronics.
🛠 Defective, Damaged, or DOA Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos and/or video evidence.
- Once verified, we will issue a replacement, repair, or refund.
- Return shipping will be fully covered by us for confirmed defects.
💳 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
⛔ Refused Deliveries & Returned-to-Sender Packages
- Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed parcels are subject to:
- Outbound shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Restocking fee (if applicable)
