Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at 3D Printing Canada. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our updated return policy below.

✅ Unopened & Unused Items (14-Day Return Window)

  • Most new, unopened, and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in original condition, including original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Special order items
  • Opened filament & resin
  • Used printers, parts, or consumables

🚚 Return Shipping (Unopened Items)

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable carrier. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Eligible returns may be exchanged for the same product, store credit, or a product of equal value.
  • If a replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

❗ Opened Items & Used Products

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund, unless confirmed defective.
  • This includes opened filament & resin, used printers, and installed or tested electronics.

🛠 Defective, Damaged, or DOA Items

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos and/or video evidence.
  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • Return shipping will be fully covered by us for confirmed defects.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

⛔ Refused Deliveries & Returned-to-Sender Packages

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed parcels are subject to:
  • Outbound shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Restocking fee (if applicable)
