For thick carbon steel, the guidance recommends 99.99% oxygen at 0.05–0.06 MPa and a double-layer nozzle: D1.2 for carbon steel up to 8mm and D1.0 for steel over 8mm. Avoid intricate patterns, and note that prolonged cutting can cause overheating and require manual cooling.

Yes. The MetalFab supports vector engraving, vector filling, and bitmap filling on stainless steel, galvanized steel, titanium, and coated metals such as anodized aluminium. Avoid engraving highly reflective metals such as copper.
